Product Description
Chemical Insecticide chlorfenapyr 10% + emamectin benzoate 2% SC supreme insecticide
| Crop/Site | Target Pest | Dosage (Product/mu) | Application Method |
|---|---|---|---|
| Cabbage | Beet armyworm | 6–8 mL/mu | Spray |
- A minimum interval of 7 days must be observed between the last application and harvest; apply no more than twice per season.
- Apply during the peak onset period of the beet armyworm infestation; ensure uniform spraying on both the upper and lower surfaces of the cabbage leaves.
- Do not apply during windy weather or if rainfall is expected within one hour.
Chlorfenapyr is a mitochondrial uncoupler that disrupts electron transport in the respiratory chain and interferes with energy conversion within the insect; it acts primarily through stomach toxicity, with additional contact activity and weak systemic action. Emamectin benzoate promotes the release of gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA) and inhibits nerve conduction, ultimately activating chloride ion channels, causing pest paralysis, cessation of feeding, and death. The mixture of these two active ingredients is effective for controlling beet armyworm on cabbage.
- This product is toxic to bees, birds, silkworms, fish, and other aquatic organisms. Do not use during the flowering period of plants, near bird sanctuaries, silkworm rearing rooms, or mulberry orchards. Keep away from aquaculture zones, rivers, ponds, and other water bodies during application; do not wash application equipment in such water bodies. It poses a risk to Trichogramma wasps; do not use in areas where Trichogramma (or other representative natural enemies) are released.
- Take appropriate safety precautions during use: wear boots, long-sleeved shirts, long trousers, protective gloves, and masks to avoid skin contact and inhalation. Do not smoke, drink, or eat during application. After use, promptly wash exposed skin (hands, face, etc.) with plenty of water and soap, and change clothes.
- Properly dispose of used containers; do not reuse them for other purposes or discard them indiscriminately.
- It is recommended to rotate use with insecticides having different modes of action to delay the development of resistance.
- Keep out of reach of children, pregnant women, and nursing mothers. Do not use if you are allergic; seek medical attention promptly if any adverse reactions occur during use.
