Product Description
Penconazole 10% EC Product Introduction
1. Product Properties
Penconazole 10% EC is a high-efficiency, broad-spectrum systemic triazole fungi cide with excellent protective, therapeutic and eradicative effects. The product is formulated as emulsifiable concentrate, featuring good emulsification, rapid dissolution in water, and strong permeability and absorption on crop leaf surfaces. It can be quickly transmitted to various parts of crops after application to inhibit the synthesis of fungal ergosterol, block the growth and reproduction of pathogenic bacteria, and effectively control a variety of fungal diseases.
This fungi cide has low toxicity, stable chemical properties, and is not easy to decompose under normal storage and transportation conditions. It has a long-lasting effect after application, can effectively reduce the frequency of medication, and is safe for most crops when used in accordance with the recommended dosage. It is widely applicable to cereal, oil crops and fruit trees, with significant effects on fungal diseases such as powdery mildew, rust and sheath blight.
2. Product Functions & Applicable Crops
Penconazole 10% EC is professionally used for the prevention and treatment of crop diseases caused by fungi. It is mainly applied to wheat, peanuts, fruit trees, corn, rice, soybeans and other crops. It has prominent control effects on common diseases including powdery mildew, rust, sheath blight, leaf spot and smut.
The product can be used for both seed dressing and foliage spraying. It can prevent diseases at the seedling stage and treat existing diseases in the growth period. Reasonable dosage can not only control diseases effectively but also properly regulate crop growth and avoid excessive vegetative growth, which helps improve crop yield and quality.
3. Usage & Dosage
3.1 Wheat Application
Seed Mixing: Apply 30–45 mL of the agent per 100 kg of wheat seeds, mix evenly before sowing. This method effectively prevents wheat smut. Note that it may delay seed germination for 2–3 days.
Foliage Spray: For routine disease prevention, spray 20 mL of the agent per mu. For disease treatment and intensive control, the dosage can be increased to 30–50 mL per mu. Reduce the dosage appropriately for weak wheat seedlings to avoid growth inhibition.
3.2 Peanut & Fruit Tree Application
Peanut: For the prevention of peanut leaf spot, dilute the agent 1000–1500 times with water; for disease treatment, dilute 500 times for spraying.
Fruit Trees: For routine disease prevention, dilute 4000–5000 times; for disease treatment, dilute 2500–3000 times for uniform foliage spraying.
3.3 Other Crops
For corn, rice, soybeans and other field crops, the recommended dosage is 10–15 grams of effective ingredient per mu, diluted with water and sprayed evenly on crop leaves.
4. Medication Skills & Formula Application
Long-term single use of penconazole may lead to pathogen resistance. To ensure long-term and stable control effect, it is recommended to use it in compound with pyrazole fungi cides, oxime fungi cides or prochloraz fungi cides.
During the crop grain filling period, it can be mixed with potassium dihydrogen phosphate for spraying, which integrates disease prevention, plant nutrition supplementation, yield increase and prevention of crop premature aging. It is recommended to spray in the morning or evening on sunny days to avoid high temperature at noon, so as to improve absorption and reduce loss.
5. Precautions for Use
Sensitive Growth Period Avoidance: Do not apply the agent during crop seedling stage, flowering stage and young fruit stage, otherwise it may easily cause stunted crop growth, young fruit falling and yield reduction.
Seedling Condition Assessment: Use with caution on weak seedlings or crops damaged by frost. For robust growing seedlings, appropriately increasing the dosage can inhibit excessive growth and improve disease resistance.
Safety Interval Regulation: The safety interval for vegetable crops is 14 days, and the maximum application frequency is 2 times per growing season. Do not exceed the recommended dosage and application frequency.
Operation Safety: Wear protective clothing, gloves and masks during preparation and spraying. Avoid skin contact and inhalation of liquid medicine. Clean all spraying utensils thoroughly after use, and do not clean the utensils in ponds and farmland water sources.
6. Packaging Specification
This product is available in diversified portable packaging specifications, including plastic round bottles and square plastic bottles with tight sealing and good leak-proof performance. Conventional single specifications include 100mL, 200mL, 500mL and 1L. All packaging bottles are made of high-quality chemical-resistant plastic materials, which can effectively resist liquid corrosion, prevent liquid leakage and volatilization, and ensure product stability during storage and transportation. Customized packaging can be provided according to customer demand.
7. Storage & Transportation Requirements
Storage Conditions: Store the product in a cool, dry, ventilated and dark warehouse, away from direct sunlight, high temperature and humid environment. Keep it sealed tightly to prevent volatilization and deterioration. Do not store togo with food, feed, beverages and daily necessities. Keep out of reach of children and livestock.
Transportation Requirements: During transportation, avoid violent extrusion, collision and rolling of packaging bottles to prevent packaging damage and liquid leakage. Keep away from fire, heat sources and strong oxidizing substances. Do not transport togo with toxic, harmful and polluting goods. The transportation process should be kept dry and ventilated, and avoid long-term exposure to sunlight and rain soaking.
Shelf Life: Under normal storage conditions, the shelf life of the product is 2 years.
