Product Description
Usage Technical Requirements
- To control beet armyworm on cabbage, spray evenly at the initial peak stage from egg hatching to early larva occurrence. Mix 30-50 kg of water per mu for application. It can be applied at most once per growing season, with a 5-day safety interval.
- For thrips control on cabbage and hyacinth bean, conduct uniform spraying at the initial peak stage of nymph occurrence. Dilute with 30-45 kg of water per mu. The maximum application time is once per season, and the safety interval is 5 days.
- Avoid application under high temperature, strong wind or rainy weather.
- Conduct small-scale crop safety trials on hyacinth bean before large-scale popularization.
Product Properties
- This compound formulation is blended with emamectin benzoate and spinosad. Its working principle is that emamectin benzoate acts on insect GABA receptors to exert pest control effects, while spinosad mainly targets insect nervous systems, featuring stomach poisoning and contact killing effects.
- It is applicable to prevent and control beet armyworm on cabbage as well as thrips on cabbage and hyacinth bean.
Precautions
- Shake the product fully before use. Apply strictly in accordance with specified dosage and methods. Do not mix with strongly acidic, strongly alkaline agents or other substances.
- Rotate it with formulations of different action mechanisms to delay pest resistance development.
- It may cause irritation to eyes. Wear long-sleeve clothes, trousers, boots, hat, goggles, mask and gloves during operation. Do not eat, drink or smoke while spraying. Wash hands, face and all protective clothes thoroughly right after work. Keep it away from children, pregnant women, lactating women and people with allergic constitution.
- Do not discard or dispose of pesticide packages randomly. Return them to pesticide distributors or designated recycling stations timely. Never clean spraying tools in rivers and ponds, and do not pour residual liquid at will.
- Forbid use in and around aquatic breeding areas, rivers and ponds.
- Stop application during the flowering period of crops and surrounding plants. Pay close attention to its influence on nearby bee colonies.
- Prohibit use near silkworm rearing rooms and mulberry orchards.
- Do not use it in areas where natural enemies such as trichogramma are released.
First-aid Measures for Poisoning
- Stop operation immediately once feeling dizzy, nauseous, vomiting or other discomforts. Take first-aid measures and go to hospital for medical treatment with product labels.
- In case of accidental ingestion, gargle with clean water at once and seek symptomatic treatment in hospital with labels.
- If inhaled accidentally, move to well-ventilated areas and keep unobstructed breathing.
- In case of eye contact, rinse eyes with clean water or normal saline for no less than 10 minutes continuously.
- For skin contact, flush the affected part with plenty of running cold water instead of hot water. Neutralizer is not recommended. Wipe off residual agent gently with soft towel prior to rinsing if possible.
- There is no specific antidote, only symptomatic treatment is available.
Storage and Transportation
- Store the product in cool, dry and well-ventilated places, far away from fire sources and heat sources.
- Keep it locked up where children and livestock cannot reach.
- Do not store together with food, drinks, grains and feeds.
