Herbicide Metribuzin 70% WP Applicable Crops: Soybeans, Potatoes, Tomatoes

1. Apply the product to summer soybeans after sowing and before seedling emergence. Dilute the recommended dosage with 30 kilograms of water per mu, and spray evenly on the soil surface.
2. Do not apply the product on windy days or when rainfall is expected within 1 hour. Evening is the optimal time for application.
3. Use the exact dosage and ensure even spraying. Apply under windless and rain-free conditions as far as possible to prevent spray drift and damage to adjacent crops.
4. This product is suitable for the control of annual broadleaf weeds in summer soybean fields.
5. Maximum application time is once per crop growth cycle.

This is a selective pre-emergence agent for broadleaf weed control in soybeans. It works mainly by inhibiting photosynthesis of susceptible plants. After application, the leaves of susceptible weeds will lose green color after emergence, and eventually wither and die due to nutrient depletion.

It can effectively control annual broadleaf weeds such as copperleaf and lamb’s quarters in summer soybean fields, and provides good inhibitory effect on purslane and field bindweed.

1. Excessive dosage, uneven application, heavy rainfall or flood irrigation after treatment may cause crop injury via root absorption of the agent by soybeans. Adjust the dosage flexibly within the registered range according to local conditions.
2. Do not use this product in sandy soil or soybean fields with organic matter content below 2%.
3. Reduce the dosage appropriately in alkaline soil with pH above 7.5, and in regions with high rainfall and high temperature.
4. The sowing depth of soybeans shall be no less than 3.5–4 cm; shallow sowing will increase the risk of crop injury.
5. It is forbidden to clean application tools in rivers, ponds and other water bodies, or discharge residual liquid and cleaning wastewater into any water sources.
6. Wear protective clothing, masks and gloves during application to avoid inhaling the liquid. Do not eat, drink or smoke during operation. Wash hands, face and rinse mouth thoroughly after use. Launder contaminated work clothes in a timely manner.
7. Dispose of empty containers properly; do not reuse or discard them randomly.
8. Pregnant women and lactating women shall avoid contact with this product.
9. This product is toxic to silkworms. Keep away from sericulture houses and mulberry orchards to reduce potential risks.

Poisoning symptoms: No typical poisoning symptoms when applied in accordance with label instructions.

• Skin contact: Immediately take off contaminated clothing, and thoroughly rinse the affected skin with soap and clean water. Seek medical help if skin irritation persists.
• Eye contact: Immediately open the eyelids and flush eyes with clean water for at least 15 minutes, then seek medical treatment.
• Inhalation: Move the affected person to fresh air at once. Provide artificial respiration if breathing stops. Keep the patient warm and at rest, and arrange medical treatment in time.
• Ingestion: Do not induce vomiting. Go to the hospital immediately with the product label for symptomatic treatment. Note: Never give anything by mouth to an unconscious person.

3. Store in a locked area out of reach of children, unauthorized personnel and animals.
4. Do not store or transport together with food, beverages, grains, seeds, feed and other daily supplies.
