Chlorfluazuron: IGR Insecticide for Sustainable Pest Control

Chlorfluazuron is a benzoylphenylurea insect growth regulator (IRAC Group 15). As a chitin synthesis inhibitor, it interrupts larval molting and metamorphosis, suppressing lepidopteran and other chewing pests via slow stomach poison action.

It delivers consistent control for cotton, vegetables, fruit trees and tea. Treated larvae stop feeding and die during molting within 3–7 days. With low impact on beneficial insects and bees under proper application, it fits well into IPM programs and resistance management strategies.

Chlorfluazuron features long residual protection and low mammalian toxicity. Avoid contamination of water bodies. Operators must wear required PPE during application.

Multiple formulations including EC, SC and WP are available. OEM and custom packaging services are offered for global distributors.

Disclaimer: Usage must comply with local pesticide registration and label requirements.
