The dosage of 5-15g poison bait per room and 2-3g poison bait per pile were properly increased. After poisoning the dead rat, the animal will cause 2 poisoning, so the poisoned rat should be buried deeply.

Bromadiolone is a new and highly effective second-generation anticoagulant rodenticide with strong toxicity, high efficiency, wide spectrum, safety and no secondary poisoning. The acute toxicity of Rattus norvegicus is 44 times that of sodium, 214 times of killing rats and 88 times of that of rodenticide. It can kill more than 20 kinds of wild rodents in grassland, farmland, forest area, urban and rural areas, which are resistant to the first generation of anticoagulants in time.
